I am compelled to paint the beauty of Creation. The light and colors of nature inspire me! I am so grateful for everyday that I spend trying to capture the essence of the scenes before me; the sky, the sea, the landscape, the garden. If I can point the viewer to the awesome wonder of even one flower in God's Creation, then some of the joy and appreciation I feel will have been communicated.

My paintings have been accepted in several juried shows and have been purchased for private collections and corporations around California and the United States. I have also completed a number of commissioned paintings and I am currently represented by Westbrook Gallery, Carmel, York Gallery, Santa Cruz and Kamuela Gallery, Kamuela, Hawaii.

My memberships include:California Art Club, Oil Painters of America, Plein Air Painters of Hawaii (PAPOH), American Impressionists Society, American Academy of Women Artists, Santa Cruz Oil Painters, the Santa Cruz Art League, and past trustee for the Santa Cruz Museum of Art & History.
